On-Site Financial Consulting Services
Our On-Site Consulting Services program is our comprehensive management, leadership, and guidance program designed to interpret, define, and reinvent the internal financial and operational management of the business. Its comprehensive nature covers:
- Profitability Management
- Cash Management
- Departmental Systems & Procedures
- Staffing & Training
The process itself includes three stages:
- Stage One: Stabilize & Define Managerial Parameters
- Stage Two: Implement & Refine Stage One Findings
- Stage Three: Return Management to Internal Staff & Monitor
Stage One is characterized by Full Time On Site Service in which our CFO Consultant takes control of the entire Finance/Accounting Function including all related staff for a period of a minimum of three months and a maximum of nine months. The CFO Consultant during this period will work with the CEO and Management to define and design financial management parameters around profitability, cash management, departmental systems & procedures, and departmental staff and training.
Stage Two is when we begin to implement the strategies identified in stage one. Generally, we may begin to scale back the amount of onsite time required during this period as we begin to turn over specific responsibilities and tasks to the internal staff. This stage may last for three to nine months.
Stage Three is when all responsibilities and tasks have been returned to internal staff under guidance and direction of the CFO Consultant. Generally during this stage the CFO Consultant is no longer required on site and may provide consulting, guidance, and oversight from an off-site location and may or may not attend meetings on-site. The time requirement in this stage is typically reduced to approximately one day per week or 35 hours per month or less. This is when we implement a long range retainer plan similar to our retainer packages.
