Bookkeeping/Accounting Services*
We use an online accounting system to deliver your bookkeeping and accounting services, saving you time, hassle and money. The day-to-day process is easy and you always have secure online access to all your files and information.
This service is offered to those businesses that do not already have or need full time in house accounting services. This service is not offered independently and is only offered as an adjunct to one of our CFO Service Plans. Our online accounting service will provide you with a higher level of service than a traditional in-house bookkeeper.
Our technology and accounting specialists work with you to transfer your QuickBooks file(s) to the secure network and get you up and running quickly and smoothly. You will be assigned your own personal bookkeeper who will be carefully supervised by your CFO Consultant and who will learn the unique ins and outs of your business.
Day-to-day, your accounting responsibilities are reduced to scanning your documents. With the click of a button, your scanned documents are automatically put in the correct folder on our secure online accounting system. Your assigned bookkeeper then has immediate access to process your documents and input them into QuickBooks.
Bookkeeping Services include Accounting for all deposits and expenses, bank and credit card reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and month end closing processes.
Each month your financial statements are reviewed by your CFO Consultant. We then discuss your business financials with you the CEO and answer any questions you may have during one of our regularly scheduled conferences. This is your opportunity to ask whatever you need to know to run your business and plan for the future secure in the knowledge that your financials are accurate and complete.
Our document management system allows you store and search through all of your documents securely and online. At the end of the year, we can provide you with a DVD of all your financial and business records, eliminating the need to store paper records.
