Our cash flow projection model consists of two cash flow projection reports:
- a 13 week cash flow projection and
- a monthly cash flow projection covering the succeeding year
The 13 week cash flow projection is designed to identify specific periods of cash shortfalls and excesses and allow us to manage cash flow on a week by week basis always aware of what is issues need to be addressed in the near term.
The monthly cash flow projection covering the succeeding year gives us a longer term view of the businesses cash flow needs and allows the business owner to plan for those needs before they become crises.
